During our discovery process, it was clear the Copper Wave team was ready for a fresh, results-driven approach. Despite years of great service, they had never invested in marketing or digital infrastructure. They wanted a professional website to showcase their expertise, attract new customers, and simplify the way they book and manage appointments — all while staying true to their small-business roots.
We designed a clean, conversion-focused website using Framer, built to reflect their reputation and adapt to future growth. The site features fast-loading pages, mobile responsiveness, and seamless navigation. We integrated AutoSphere CRM directly into the build to automate customer messaging and appointment booking. Local SEO strategies were baked into every page to help Copper Wave show up in Google searches for boat repair across Arizona.
With over eight core services offered — from fiberglass repair to engine diagnostics — we developed individual service pages for each. These included custom forms tailored to the service type, allowing customers to submit detailed requests. This not only improved lead quality but helped Copper Wave manage inquiries faster and more efficiently.
To complete the transformation, we fully connected their business with AutoSphere CRM. This allowed Copper Wave to handle appointment requests, inbound calls, and customer communication all in one platform. We also set them up with social media scheduling tools, automated follow-ups, and review requests — giving their small team the tools of a much larger operation, without the complexity.
