When we met with the Dust Devil team, it was clear they were ready for change — but didn’t want to lose their gritty, real-world identity. They needed a digital presence that matched the raw, performance-driven nature of their shop while also helping attract new customers beyond referrals. Their priorities were clear: a strong website, better appointment flow, and a system to keep in touch with both new and returning riders.
We created a bold, fast, and functional website using Framer, designed to speak directly to off-road enthusiasts. The site highlights their core services, showcases custom builds, and funnels visitors toward booking with minimal friction. We implemented a clean layout, mobile-first responsiveness, and integrated Dust Devil’s branding across every page. With AutoSphere CRM built in, customers can book service, get reminders, and receive automatic follow-ups — all without the shop lifting a finger.
Dust Devil offers more than nine UTV-specific services, from cage fabrication to clutch tuning. We built out individual service pages for each, giving customers a place to learn more and request exactly what they need. Every form is customized to capture job-specific details, which streamlines intake for the team and reduces back-and-forth communication. This also ensures their leads come in warm and ready to book.
We equipped Dust Devil with a full AutoSphere CRM setup to centralize operations and keep communication flowing. Now, they can manage inbound calls, automatically respond to web form submissions, and handle all appointment booking through a single dashboard. We also set up automated text follow-ups, review requests, and social media scheduling — helping the shop stay top-of-mind without losing time under the hood.
